A deposit of 25% is payable on booking and is not refundable. The balance to be paid TWO WEEKS
before arrival please. Tenants are asked not to arrive before 2.00pm and to leave by 10.00am on
the day of departure. Tenants are asked to pay for or replace anthing they may break or damage.
Electricity, other than off peak, metered in cottages. Logs and coal included in rent.
